Aryse Solutions LLC ("Aryse," "we," "us") operates a text-messaging service on behalf of participating Orangetheory Fitness studios. Each participating studio is an independently owned and operated franchise. Aryse is an independent service provider and is not Orangetheory Fitness or its corporate parent. Orangetheory's own terms and privacy policy govern the Orangetheory website and booking form.

1. Program description

When you request intro-class information from a participating studio and opt in, you will receive customer-care text messages from that studio through our service. Messages may include answers to your class questions, booking links, scheduling help, and booking confirmations, changes, and reminders. Messages relate only to the intro class you requested.

2. How to opt in

After you request intro-class information on a participating studio's booking form and agree to receive texts, we send one text message asking for your consent. You opt in by replying YES to that message. If you do not reply YES, you will not receive any further messages from this program. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provided.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with the studio.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send no further messages. To opt in again, restart the opt-in process.

7. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier.

8. Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://arysesolutions.com/privacy.html. Your mobile number and text-messaging opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
