This policy explains how Aryse Solutions LLC ("Aryse," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information through our website and the text-messaging service we operate on behalf of participating Orangetheory Fitness studios. Each participating studio is an independently owned and operated franchise. Aryse is an independent service provider and is not Orangetheory Fitness or its corporate parent. Orangetheory's own privacy policy governs the Orangetheory website and booking form.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you provide when requesting intro-class information: name, mobile phone number, and email address if provided
- The studio you contacted and the details of your intro-class request
- The content of text messages exchanged between you and the studio through our service, and related metadata such as timestamps and delivery status
- Your opt-in and opt-out records, including the date and time you replied YES or STOP
- Standard server logs when you visit our website, such as IP address and browser type
2. How we use information
- To send you the one-time consent request and, if you opt in, customer-care messages about your intro class
- To answer your questions, share booking links, and schedule, confirm, change, or remind you of your class
- To maintain records of your consent and opt-out choices
- To operate, secure, and improve the service and to comply with legal obligations
3. How we share information
- With the participating studio you contacted. Aryse operates the messaging service as a service provider to that studio; the studio is the business you are communicating with.
- With service providers that help us operate the service, such as message delivery and hosting providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Text messaging program
If you opt in by replying YES to our consent request, you will receive customer-care text messages from the participating studio you contacted. Message frequency varies. 5. Data retention
We keep records of your text-messaging consent and opt-out choices for at least four years. We keep other information for as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your choices
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at Info@arysesolutions.com. We may retain consent and opt-out records as required by law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, which you can exercise by contacting us.
8. Children
Our website and messaging service are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
